How to test whether the opening derection is right?
Turn off the power, manually push the door in half open, then turn on the power. If the door go to close, then the direction is right. If the door go to open, then the direction is wrong, need to adjusted.
It is normal that the motor drive slowly and loudly when it is in testing statement.
The motor drive very slowly is properly. That means the motor is OK. The noise should come from the motor and gear system, because we use steel gear system, it is a little lound but can work longer time than plastic one. You can try to install the arm and will see the arm turn obvious even motor drive very slowly. But it will turn 360° because the opener need to find the closing position first.
Please take a picture or a test video for the opener install on the door if possible, So we can know what is the problem and how to solve it.
