There is an easy way on how to install automatic sliding door system. Installing them should be done with great care. Doors come in variety of styles.
1. Prepare the mount top track. Cut the top track for final dimension and drill the holes.
2. Drill the holes and mount the top track on the ceiling.
3. Cut the bottom track to the final dimension and put in a position nearly under the top track. Note, if you use an insert track or tile channel the position of the track should be located by plumb line. Do not affix the bottom track on the floor yet.
4. Insert the sliding door. Align the door perpendicular by moving the bottom track and mark the position using the masking tape.
5. Once the entire track put into place, it's time to install your actual sliding door system. Note that sliding doors basically made of two doors sliding behind each other. Lift the door and aligned it on the track.
6. When your door is on, consult the manual for installing the stopping mechanism because some tracks have built-in mechanism and some varies from door to door.
7. Adjust the door up and down using the allen wrench. Level the sliding door.
8. Install plugs to punch holes at the bottom of the sliding door and brush gasket. You can refer to your manual.
